1. Definitions

• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the cgb33 platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on cgb33.io.
• "Platform" means the cgb33.io website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's cgb33 account wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an account under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures required under cgb33's compliance obligations.
• "Prohibited Territories" means jurisdictions in which access to online gambling services is expressly prohibited under local law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the cgb33 registration process, clicking "I Agree" during account setup, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with cgb33 and confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You are at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Territory.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• The funds you deposit are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of crime.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the cgb33 platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You are a human individual and not an automated system, bot, or corporate entity.
• You have not been previously excluded from cgb33 via a self-exclusion request.
• Your account has not been previously closed by cgb33 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not employed by cgb33 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

cgb33 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the cgb33 support team may result in account suspension.

4. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one cgb33 account only. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cgb33 account credentials, including your username and password. cgb33 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication. You must notify cgb33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. cgb33 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

4.2 Duplicate Accounts

Opening more than one cgb33 account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cgb33 will close all duplicate accounts, forfeit bonus balances held in those accounts, and may permanently ban the associated player from the platform. Real money balances in duplicate accounts will be returned to the original verified payment source after investigation.

4.3 Account Currency

cgb33 accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. cgb33 does not apply currency conversion fees; however, if your payment method involves a foreign currency, your financial service provider's standard conversion rate will apply.

5. KYC & Identity Verification

cgb33 is obligated to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC), requires you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cgb33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your cgb33 wallet in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• cgb33 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider's standard transaction charges may apply.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals for verified accounts via mobile financial services are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days.
• cgb33 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before forming part of a withdrawable balance.

6.4 Suspicious Transactions

cgb33 monitors all financial transactions on the platform. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal player betting patterns, or that suggest money laundering, structuring, or fraud, will be flagged for review. cgb33 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction under investigation, with or without prior notice to the account holder.

7. Bonus & Promotional Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria are specified per promotion.
• cgb33 welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free bet promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Unless specified otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount.

• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception.

• Players who cgb33 reasonably believes are abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

8. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the cgb33 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are operated in accordance with their respective game rules as published within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

8.1 Random Number Generators

All RNG-based games offered through cgb33 use independently certified random number generation software. cgb33 does not modify, adjust, or interfere with RNG outputs. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG game titles are disclosed within the game information panel.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including all cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, T20 World Cup, and other events, are settled in accordance with the official result as reported by the relevant governing body. In the event of an abandoned match, incomplete fixture, or official result revision, cgb33 will settle bets in accordance with its published sports betting rules. 8.3 Bet Cancellation

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cgb33 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker variants, or any multiplayer format to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or technical glitches to generate profits that would not otherwise be achievable.
• Engaging in money laundering by depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent KYC documents, or misrepresenting your eligibility.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any cgb33 content without prior written consent.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

cgb33 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. cgb33 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the Platform — including payment processors, game providers, and identity verification services — under strict confidentiality obligations.

12. Responsible Gaming

cgb33 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Self-imposed deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) — set or adjusted via your account dashboard.
• Loss limits — cap the maximum net loss over any rolling period.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently close your account with no option for reversal.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond cgb33's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, mobile network failures, power disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of information provided on the Platform for informational purposes.
• Technical errors in odds or game results that cgb33 has taken reasonable steps to correct upon discovery.

cgb33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by cgb33's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

cgb33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if cgb33 reasonably believes that:

• The account holder is in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes.
• KYC documentation is outstanding or has been found to be fraudulent.
• The account holder has opened duplicate accounts.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to cgb33.

In the event of account closure due to a breach by the player, cgb33 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation determines a breach has occurred, cgb33 may forfeit all or part of the balance. If no breach is confirmed, the verified balance will be returned to the original deposit source.

You may close your cgb33 account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified real money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following final KYC confirmation.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the cgb33 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to initiate account closure.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which cgb33 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact cgb33 customer support in the first instance at [email protected]. cgb33 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, cgb33 supports referral to an independent dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of a dispute resolution process.
